What is the Fox & Dragon Hobbies My Inventory Rewards Program and how does it work?
Your Inventory Rewards program is a points-based program through which our customers (like you!) earn points towards sweet discounts on future orders.
Who is eligible to join?
Inventory Rewards are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older (or have permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to all program terms & conditions) and who provide and maintain a valid e-mail address. Employees of Fox & Dragon Hobbies are eligible to participate in the program but may be excluded from certain benefits.
Can the program be terminated?
Yes. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the program or any aspect or feature of our Guild Rewards program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards, benefits, and/or points already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards, benefits and points. We will however promise to always endeavor to provide plenty of advance notice if changes are to occur so long as it is in our power to do so.
What happens to any points, benefits or rewards I have earned if my membership in the program is terminated?
If your membership is terminated then all points, benefits or rewards in your account will automatically terminate.

How do I join? Does it Cost anything to join?
You may enroll in the program by creating an account on our site and providing your Full Name, and email address. You will need to create a password. While your birthday is an optional addition we provide a small token gift in your birth month just for including it.
What am I agreeing to by joining?
Can my membership in the program be terminated?
Fox & Dragon Hobbies in its sole discretion may terminate any member for any reason, including but not limited to any failure to comply with the program and/or website Terms & Conditions, or abuse of the program and its rewards.
How do I terminate my membership?
If you decide you do not want to be a part of the program, simply send us an email or use our contact page to inform us in writing of your decision. Allow 3-5 business days for processing of your request. Once completed you will be notified by email and all points, rewards and benefits of the program will automatically be forfeit and terminated.
Do my rewards, benefits and points have any cash value?
Rewards, benefits, and points earned through the My Inventory Rewards program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in any rewards, benefits or points.
POINTS AND REWARDS
How do I earn points?
Members earn 2 points for every $1 spent (no limit) on qualifying purchases though www.foxanddragonhobbies.ca. Qualifying purchases include merchandise and exclude gift cards, taxes, shipping or delivery charges or other charges specified by us from time-to time. When shopping online members must be logged-in to their account at the time of purchase to receive points.
Can I earn points without making a purchase?
YES! There are several ways to earn points on a periodic or one time basis. Please see below for details.
We reward you just for signing up! New customers will receive a points bonus at the time of signing up for a customer account.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! If you included your birthday in your account profile, we will send you a token gift of points in your birth month.
SHARING IS CARING! If you like, or share our account on social media platforms you will earn a token amount of points the first time you do so.
REFERRALS: When you refer a friend and they make their first purchase of $25 or more, both of you get rewarded! Your friend will save $5, and you will earn 500 Points (the equivalent of a $5 reward coupon) to redeem however you choose.
How many points do I need for a reward?
Reward redemptions begin at 100 points.
What are the rewards I can earn?
Rewards are as follows:
- Redeem 100 points for each $1 up to a $10 savings on orders over $10
- Redeem 1000 points for a 10% off coupon on orders of $100 or more
- Redeem 2450 points for a $25 off coupon on orders of $75 or more (You save 50 points!)
- Redeem 4750 points for a $50 off coupon on orders of $150 or more (You save 250 points!)
How do I know how many points I have?
Your points are displayed in Your Inventory panel of www.foxanddragonhobbies.ca. You must log in to view your points.
What do I do if I believe I am missing points?
If you have questions related to your account, or points balance please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it for you.
What happens to my points if I return a product or an order is cancelled?
Any product that is returned or any order that is cancelled will reverse or decrease the points you received from that purchase. If you do not have enough points in your balance due to having redeemed a reward after receiving your points, your points will be deducted from future point earnings.
If it is found that an order is obtained via fraudulent or other activity that violates the program Terms & Conditions, any earned points will be reversed.
Do my points expire?
No! Your earned points will never expire so long as you maintain up to date and accurate information in your Member Account. We only take your points away for returned or refunded purchases, or program abuses.
Are any types of purchases not eligible for points?
Members will not receive points on purchases made on gift cards.
Are there limitations on the number of purchases or activities eligible for points?
We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchase or activities that are eligible for Fox & Dragon Hobbies Guild Rewards, and/or for any given level of points, in any given period or for the duration of the program and/or any combination thereof.
When I earn points, can I redeem them immediately? How long does it take for my purchases to accrue points in my account?
Points are added to your account immediately upon payment online, and within 24 hours when paying in person.
In the event you do not see your points reflected in your account after 72 hours please contact support and we will look into it for you. Please ensure you provide us the order number your points are missing from so we can investigate the issue.
