EU Shipping Paused Indefinately!

Hey everyone, we are really sad and sorry to announce that we are immediately and indefinitely pausing shipping directly to EU and UK addresses. With the recent changes to VAT laws, it has become incredibly difficult to understand what our requirements are as a business, and we don't make the volume of sales to these areas to justify paying the high costs of services providing the help we would need to navigate this territory. 

Going forward we will still allow purchases from these zones, but we would require a shipping address within North America. This means you would need to use a forwarding service. If you choose to do so, please note that parcels are considered delivered to the customer once they reach the forwarding address and anything that happens beyond that delivery date is completely out of our control, including but not limited to delays, damages, or loss.

We will continue to do research and as soon as we can either figure out how to navigate this new terrain or begin to see the volume of sales that would justify hiring someone to navigate it for us, we will open up shipping to these locations again. 

We don't want to lose you as a part of our family, but we are just 2 people and new to all of this so we have to look at what is best for us personally and as a small business, and mistakes in these situations could cause us financial ramifications that we simply can't afford.

We sincerely hope that you understand and are really sorry that we have had to take this route. After 2 weeks of trying to find a way that was viable for us to continue to ship directly to these destinations we simply had to concede defeat at least for the time being.

If you are interested in using a forwarding service, a quick search online led me to these websites. Please note that we are not endorsing these sites and you will need to do your own research and vet them accordingly as we cannot be held responsible for the services they claim to provide nor any fees they charge. I can't vouch for any of these services for use personally as we have not used them, but we have used similar services for forwarding from the USA to Canada and had excellent service so we thought it may be useful to someone out there. 

We really are sorry to stop servicing your regions and hope to be able to start again soon, but we just don't know when. If you have questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us.
